You finished the meeting but you're still in it.


You made the decision but you're still weighing it.


You crossed it off the list but it's still taking up space.


That's not overthinking. That's what happens when too many tabs are open and none of them feel safe to close yet.


You're not stuck because you don't know what to do. You're stuck because everything feels equally urgent and nothing feels settled enough to move on.


I know that place because I've been you. The 2am spiral. The mental load that doesn't clock out. The feeling that you should have figured this out by now.


I also know it because I spent 20 years as a trauma therapist sitting across from thousands of people who were carrying exactly what you're carrying right now.



When someone finally learns to close the right tabs, something shifts. The noise settles. The next right step stops feeling buried. It just becomes obvious.
