Frequently Asked Questions
The Guided Change is a coaching practice created to support you when life feels mentally heavy and hard to manage. If you’re overwhelmed, juggling too many decisions, or carrying more than your share, this work helps you come back to clarity, steadiness, and ease.
You’ll be guided in values based decision making, simple supportive routines, and intuitive reflection. When it’s helpful, AI is used in a calm, grounded way to reduce mental noise and support clearer thinking, without pressure to perform or “do it right.”
This work is for you if you feel overloaded, stuck in constant reacting, or longing for a calmer structure that fits real life. It’s especially supportive if you’re ready to move out of survival mode and into a more sustainable, grounded way of living.
The Guided Change is focused on your present life. Rather than exploring diagnoses or doing clinical treatment, the work centers on how you’re living right now — your habits, energy, patterns, and the decisions in front of you. It’s about helping you move forward in ways that feel grounded and realistic.
Unlike many performance or productivity focused coaching programs, this work doesn’t start with pushing harder or doing more. It begins by slowing things down so you can think more clearly and feel more steady.
The emphasis is on nervous system support, inner alignment, and simple routines that fit your real life. You’re not asked to hustle, optimize every minute, or chase constant improvement.
This approach gives you structure and clarity without overwhelm, so you can make choices from a calmer, more supported place.
Within your first 45 days, many people notice meaningful shifts in how their days feel and how much they’re carrying mentally. Rather than dramatic overnight change, the impact tends to show up in quieter, steadier ways.
You may experience:
• Less mental noise and a reduced sense of overwhelm
• Clearer daily rhythms, routines, and boundaries
• Decisions that feel simpler and less draining
• A calmer, more regulated nervous system
• Stronger self-trust and confidence in your choices
• A growing sense that you’re responding to life instead of constantly reacting
The focus is on sustainable clarity and inner calm, not quick fixes or pressure to transform. The changes build gradually, in ways that fit your real life and continue beyond the first 45 days.
You can work with The Guided Change through the Guided Soul Journey™ at a pace that fits how you like to move through change.
The 45 day Guided Soul Journey™ Foundation is designed to help you settle your nervous system, clear mental overload, and create simple structure that makes daily life feel more manageable. AI is introduced gently and used only in ways that support clarity and calm.
The 45 day Guided Soul Journey™ Alignment comes next for those who want to go deeper. This phase focuses on refining what you’ve built and personalizing how AI supports you, so it reflects your values, voice, and natural rhythms.
The two day Guided Soul Journey™ Intensive brings the core work of both Foundation and Alignment into a focused, immersive experience. This option works best if you’re already comfortable using AI or feel open to working with it more frequently and want clarity more quickly.
There’s no right path. The difference is simply how much time, space, and pacing you want as you move through the work.
All work with The Guided Change is virtual, so you can participate from anywhere.
Your time commitment is designed to fit real life. Each week includes a manageable rhythm of guidance, reflection, and integration rather than long sessions or rigid schedules. You’re not expected to keep up with an ideal pace or do everything perfectly.
If life gets busy or you fall behind, you simply pick back up where you are. There’s no shaming, no pressure, and no sense of being “off track.” You move at your pace, in your timing.
For those who want deeper, more personalized support, a small number of one on one coaching spots are offered at limited times throughout the year.
Your intuition helps you notice what feels true and what doesn’t. Your values give you direction, especially when decisions feel heavy or unclear. Together, they create a steadier inner compass.
From there, simple routines help you translate that inner clarity into daily life in a way that feels supportive rather than rigid.
When it’s helpful, Soul-Intelligent™ AI is introduced as a supportive tool. It doesn’t replace you or override your judgment. Instead, it reflects your values, mirrors your voice, and helps reduce mental overload so you’re not carrying everything in your head.
The goal is clarity, calm, and alignment in how you live and decide — not quick fixes, pressure, or productivity for productivity’s sake.
Yes, this work is often a good fit if you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, overwhelmed, or mentally stretched thin and you’re able to engage with gentle structure and supportive guidance.
The focus is on helping you regain clarity, calm, and a more sustainable rhythm in your daily life.
That said, The Guided Change is not designed to replace clinical mental health care.
If you’re in an active mental health crisis or need immediate therapeutic or medical support, working with a licensed provider is important.
This work is best suited for times when you’re ready for support, reflection, and forward movement in a steady, grounded way.
The Guided Change may not be the right fit if you’re currently looking for intensive clinical mental health treatment, diagnosis, or active trauma processing. This work isn’t designed to replace therapy or provide crisis support.
It also may not feel supportive if you’re seeking rigid, high pressure coaching, constant accountability, or rapid transformation promises.
The approach here values flexibility, steadiness, and real life pacing over perfection or performance.
This work is best suited for you if you’re looking for grounded, gentle support that helps you create meaningful change without extremes, urgency, or pressure to “fix” yourself.
That’s completely okay. Using AI is always optional and fully under your control. You decide how much or how little you want to use it, and it can remain very simple if that feels best.
You’re never asked to share more than you’re comfortable with. You choose what you bring into the process, and you maintain ownership, privacy, and autonomy at all times.
The role of AI in this work is to support your thinking and reduce mental load, not to replace your judgment, your intuition, or your sense of agency.
